Poor emergency training among the reasons a Miami plastic surgery center is suspended
Xiluet Plastic Surgery in West Miami-Dade has been suspended for safety issues and withholding patient records.
The smaller location in the strip mall is suspended while the larger location across the parking lot remains open with pending state complaints. [ more ]
