Russia has an official database of individuals suspected of evading justice, which can be found on the Interior Ministry website.
The database includes the names of hundreds of non-Russian nationals, including Ukrainian soldiers, politicians, and civil servants from Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, and Ukraine. [ more ]
