For those who love local businesses and community events, Muse Markets is coming to downtown Los Gatos on Oct. 11 Muse Markets was founded by a group of artists, entrepreneurs and organizers who want to elevate conscious consumption, according to their mission statement. Conscious consumption refers to making ethical and sustainable purchase decisions that have positive social, economic and environmental impacts. Similar events have been established in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles.
