Former Irvine Company executive, Chris Marsh, has partnered with Bain Capital Real Estate to build townhomes for millennial renters in Southern California.
The joint venture, called BCT Development, plans to build homes in Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
The townhomes will be targeted towards middle-income families and will offer amenities such as swimming pools and close proximity to schools and entertainment venues. [ more ]
