Lubby Navarro says in court she's not guilty of fraud, stealing $100K in public money

Former Miami-Dade School Board member Lubby Navarro pleaded not guilty to charges of misusing $100,000 of taxpayer dollars.

Navarro is facing two counts of organized scheme to defraud and two counts of grand theft, which could result in up to 55 years in prison. [ more ]
