The Southport killer's parents and state agencies failed to prevent a deadly mass stabbing attack, according to a new report.
A man has carried out a mass stabbing attack at a Japanese tyre factory, also spraying victims with a chemical substance, according to local officials. Eight people were stabbed and seven others were injured after being sprayed by a bleach-like agent at the Yokohama Rubber Co tyremaker in Japan's Mishima, southwest of Tokyo, on Friday, said the Fujisan Nanto Fire Department.

National League club Scunthorpe United have released a statement confirming 22-year-old Jonathan Gjoshe was among the victims of the mass stabbing.
In a surprising turn during the inquest, Dr A, Cauchi's former psychiatrist, stated the mass stabbing was possibly linked to non-psychotic factors such as frustration and misogyny.
