A former silverware keeper at France's presidential palace was sentenced for stealing luxury items worth nearly €400,000.
James Wall, 20, stole luxury items including Gucci and Cartier watches, a diamond ring, and a quantity of foreign currency during a burglary at a home in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.
"I am very sorry for my actions," the 44-year-old New Jersey resident said in Brooklyn federal court. "Most of my business was completely legitimate, and it was a good business."
