Civo CEO on free credits, egress fees, and going on-prem
Civo, a local cloud supplier, wants an overhaul of the cloud market to allow for easier swapping of cloud providers.
Civo's CEO believes that there should be a limit on the amount of free credits given by cloud giants, as they create lock-in and make it difficult to switch providers.
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is currently investigating the public cloud infrastructure landscape in the UK. [ more ]
