An afternoon game at home and the Red Wings on their mom trip? Yeah you could guess how the game went. The Caps showed little life through the first 40 minutes while the Red Wings hustled to every puck and won the battles. The Caps eventually started to play hard in the third but any time you don't show up for 40 minutes you're probably going to lose the game. Plus: There wasn't much to like about this game.
