You might be most familiar with Santa Clara because of Levi's Stadium and the tech campuses that fuel Silicon Valley, but it's also home to a compelling food scene. The food landscape here mirrors Santa Clara's international workforce, with Syrian shawarma, Peruvian lomo saltado, Japanese izakayas, and Uyghur hand-pulled noodles sitting side by side. It's also a notable Korean food hub, with an impressive concentration of KBBQ spots, late-night Korean pubs, and modern Seoul-style cafes that keep pace with anything in the South Bay and beyond.

We Angelenos are spoiled for choice of stellar cuisines. Los Angeles is, of course, famous for amazing and authentic Mexican food, but it also offers incredible Japanese, Middle Eastern, Thai, Italian, and Ethiopian food - and that's just the tip of the iceberg, excluding the state's own California cuisine borne out of our bounty of stellar produce, meats, and seafood.
