Keith Riley has pleaded no contest to the murder of an Emeryville couple in 2019, allowing him to be sentenced to life in prison without a trial.
Riley was initially facing charges of murder in the course of a robbery, which would have made him eligible for life without parole, but those charges were dropped in the plea agreement. [ more ]
