Jan. 6 Defendant Who Fired Gun At Law Enforcement Sentenced To Prison

A Texas man involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol attack has been sentenced to two years in federal prison for firing multiple rounds at law enforcement during a separate incident.
The man initially agreed to surrender for his participation in the Capitol attack but later opened fire on law enforcement officers who were responding to a welfare check. [ more ]
