LEAK: EU Commission prepares 'strategic framework' to boost AI start-ups, generative AI uptake
The European Commission is proposing an innovation strategy on Artificial Intelligence to establish 'AI Factories' and boost generative AI in strategic sectors.
The strategy aims to capitalize on Europe's assets and enhance competitiveness and technological sovereignty through mastery of generative AI.
'AI Factories' will be open ecosystems formed around European public supercomputers, bringing together resources for the development of generative AI models and applications. [ more ]
