Mayor Adams Sued For Not Complying With Housing Laws
The Legal Aid Society has filed a lawsuit against NYC Mayor Eric Adams and the city to compel the implementation of housing voucher reforms.
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of eligible New Yorkers who are barred from accessing the City Fighting Homelessness and Eviction Prevention Supplement (CityFHEPS) program.
