Students analyze how U.S. could support allies during health emergencies
Three students at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health conducted a multidisciplinary analysis of public health risks and emergency preparedness for a U.S. ally facing escalating crises.
The students presented their recommendations at several federal agencies in Washington, D.C.
The project was inspired by a course on emergency response and public health taught by William Vanderwagen, a retired rear admiral and former assistant secretary for preparedness and response at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. [ more ]
Through MPH program in Clinical Effectiveness, students gain skills, make global connections
The MPH-CLE program at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health provides physicians and clinicians with analytic and quantitative skills for clinical research.
Students in the program have the opportunity to make connections with students from around the world and engage in interdisciplinary coursework.
The program offers flexibility in completing the degree, allowing students to take courses during summers only or full- or part-time during the academic year. [ more ]
