When my daughter first introduced me to Purely Elizabeth's granola, I was instantly hooked. With its blend of oats, quinoa, amaranth (a seed I had never even heard of before), nuts and berries, it was wholesome, crunchy and delicious. But here in Paris, it isn't something you can easily find in the shops. That's when I decided to create my own version, bringing together the best of those ingredients with a few personal touches.
