An 11-year-old girl is in stable condition after being hit in the head by a stray bullet Monday in Antioch, police said. The shooting happened shortly before 12:40 p.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 3915 Delta Fair Blvd., Antioch police Lt. Gary Lowther said in a news release.
