Atlanta DA Fani Willis cites 'confidentiality, won't give records on Trump case
Fulton County DA Fani Willis responded to Congress on behalf of her alleged lover, stating that she cannot hand over any documents related to the Trump case due to confidentiality interests.
Willis argues that the requests made by House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan violate principles of separation of powers and federalism, as well as respect for attorney work product. [ more ]
