HR 3492, dubbed the ' Protect Children's Innocence Act ', would make it a federal crime for medical professionals to prescribe puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and other kinds of gender-affirming healthcare to trans youth. If passed into law, medical professionals found guilty of providing care could face hefty fines and up to 10 years imprisonment.

Organisers reported approximately 100,000 attendees at London Trans+ Pride, making it the largest event of its kind, a notable increase compared to last year's 60,000.
