Giuliani Lawyer Says Georgia Election Workers' Damages Demand Amounts To 'Death Penalty'
Lawyers for two Georgia election workers played audio recordings in court of graphic and racist threats they received after Giuliani falsely accused them of fraud.
The trial will determine how much Giuliani must pay in damages, with the women's lawyers estimating reputational damages could reach $47 million. [ more ]
