Three men have been charged for assaulting two state troopers in Boston while fleeing a traffic stop.
Tylique Ortiz-Howard drove away while troopers were trying to open his car door, striking the officers with the door.
Ortiz-Howard tried to flush a pill down the toilet while in custody, resulting in a possession charge. [ more ]
