Michigan continues overhaul of gun laws with extended firearm ban for misdemeanor domestic violence
Michigan Democrats have passed legislation to restrict access to firearms for those convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence.
The eight-year ban for misdemeanor domestic violence convictions is the latest addition to existing gun restrictions passed by Democrats in Michigan.
