Bell denied stay in decision allowing smaller companies to sell internet using its fibre networks | CBC News
The Federal Court of Appeal has rejected BCE Inc.'s request for a stay of a regulatory decision that will allow independent companies to sell internet services using its fibre network.
Bell Canada announced job cuts and reduced network spending based on the CRTC's direction, and was granted permission to appeal the decision but not a stay pending the outcome. [ more ]
