4th person sentenced in Matthew Perry's overdose death gets 2 years in prison

Erik Fleming is now the fourth person to be sentenced in connection with Perry's death. He had been facing up to 25 years in prison but got a much lesser sentenced because he cooperated with prosecutors. As part of sentence, the 56-year-old will also have to complete three years of supervised release after his 24 months behind bars.
