Eric Acker, a freshman guard at Long Island University, has been awarded the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week honor for the second time.
Acker scored a career-best 23 points in LIU's victory over Stonehill, shooting 9-of-20 from the floor and making four 3-pointers. [ more ]
