London hospital apologises to nearly 100 women after frozen eggs damaged
Guy's Hospital in London has apologised to over 100 women for potential damage to their frozen eggs and embryos caused by a faulty freezing solution used at its clinic.
The Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority is conducting an investigation and measures are being put in place to prevent similar incidents in the future. [ more ]
