MBTA service on the Red and Orange lines was halted due to an electrical issue at Downtown Crossing, causing delays and forcing shuttle buses to replace train service.
Regular service resumed on both lines just before 11 a.m., but riders expressed frustration and disappointment with the MBTA's performance. [ more ]
