Prominent Defense Attorney's Office Raided By The FBI
The office of defense attorney Thomas Clear III in New Mexico was raided by the FBI as part of an ongoing federal investigation into DWI cases.
Over 90% of the dismissed DWI cases were filed by three police officers, with one officer responsible for 67 cases.
Homes of assistant public defenders were also searched in connection with the investigation. [ more ]
