New driver charged with having a beer while driving to 'celebrate' passing road test 20 minutes earlier
A 25-year-old Canadian man was pulled over by police 20 minutes after getting his driver's license for drinking a beer while driving.
The driver was charged with stunt driving, careless driving, novice driver with BAC above zero, driving with open liquor, and other offenses. [ more ]
