Attorney General Pam Bondi was not aware that Lindsey Halligan, the newly-installed U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia was presenting evidence to grand jury in an effort to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James on Thursday, according to a bombshell ABC News report. James was indicted on charges related to alleged mortgage fraud on Thursday. Halligan also personally presented the evidence against former FBI Director James Comey last month, an unusual task for a U.S. attorney.
