Siavash Sobhani, an Iranian-heritage doctor living in Virginia, was informed by the State Department that his U.S. citizenship had been a mistake.
Confusion over whether Sobhani's father was on the blue or white list of diplomats led to the mistaken authorization of Sobhani's citizenship. [ more ]
