Jesmin Akter has pleaded not guilty to charges of manslaughter and importing a regulated substance in connection with the death of an 11-year-old girl.
Akter allegedly used aluminium phosphide to tackle a bedbug problem in her flat, which released a dangerous gas that caused the girl's death. [ more ]
