What goes up comes down: Most crimes tick down again in Brooklyn during second week of 2024 * Brooklyn Paper
Crime rates in Brooklyn largely declined again in the 28-day period from Dec. 18-Jan. 14, compared to the same time period last year.
Overall rates of major felonies decreased in both Brooklyn North and Brooklyn South, but there were increases in robbery, grand larceny auto, and felony assaults. [ more ]
