Trump and Nauta's Release Conditions - emptywheel

Going into yesterday's arraignment, I believed the release conditions would be the only thing of note.I was wrong.Alleged Trump co-conspirator Walt Nauta wasn't even arraigned! It seems he may be having difficulty finding local counsel to add to his Trump-funded lawyer, Stan Woodward.Still, the release conditions were newsworthy, but it took until Anna Bower wrote up her 27-hour wait for the 30-minute hearing before what happened became fully clear: on the summons, the government asked for no release conditions besides the order that neither man commit any more crimes (!!!), something Trump attorney Todd Blanche optimistically assured his client could do.

When will Putin give up Ukraine? Only when his inner circle forces him to stop | Olga Chyzh

Almost a year on, Russia's invasion of Ukraine has lost little of its shock value.Last weekend, a targeted missile strike hollowed out a residential building in Dnipro, killing 45 citizens. Now, the UK, France and even ever-cautious Germany are talking about supplying Ukraine with western tanks something that seemed unthinkable even a month ago as western allies remained stuck in a bureaucratic game of chicken, with none willing to be the first to send tanks.

Asus Zenfone 9 long-term review

Introduction
Small smartphones are weird. And not just intrinsically - if the screen is the main point of interaction with the device, why would you want less of it?But also because everyone on the Internet (and especially on YouTube) seems to love them, and yet - sales numbers for the petite handsets out there generally vary from unimpressive at best to downright catastrophic.

On the House: Is 2023 the Year To Finally Buy a Home?

Realtor.com / Getty Images That depends. There are some signs indicating that it might be getting easier for many folks to buy a home.Inventory levels are still low, but there are more homes coming on the market; the bidding wars and mind-boggling offers over the asking price have died down; and buyers can once again insist on inspections, contingencies, and repairs before the deal closes.
