Mind of a Serial Killer's mission is to dissect the mindsets of what drives murder for a better global understanding, while creating a place to honor slain victims.

A man of unknown age was found sitting in a brown Toyota minivan covered in blood, prompting a 911 call from a good Samaritan.

"It's been in continuous disrepair and derelict circumstances. There were reported firearms, individuals walking out onto the street with assault rifles, drug paraphernalia that you can even find today, a lot of drug use."

The video shows the victim walking from the rear to the front of the suspect vehicle as it sits straddling the sidewalk, attempting to pull out from a driveway onto the street. This appears to have been some sort of confrontation, and the driver appears to accelerate into the victim as he passes in front of the vehicle, knocking him onto the hood and onto the ground before running him over.

"This is a very large scene that's involving hundreds of possible witnesses," a sheriff's spokesperson told reporters in a televised briefing.

A man was found suffering from multiple stab wounds outside Union Station in downtown Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on Alameda Street.

Brown was charged with home invasion, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over age 60, kidnapping, witness intimidation, armed assault in a dwelling, armed burglary, breaking and entering in a building at night, larceny of a motor vehicle, and larceny over $1,200.

Two men were shot outside 1275 Herkimer St. in Ocean Hill, with a 55-year-old victim suffering a back injury and a 33-year-old shot in the leg and groin.

Reifschneider said he tries to think about a moment when he helped someone, even if it's something mundane like pulling up behind a driver who ran out of gas. He's encouraged his fellow police officers to also reflect on a good deed.
