Court signs order overturning three zoning ordinances - Austin Monitor
Travis County District Court Judge Jessica Mangrum ruled that the City Council of Austin violated court orders and state law by approving three zoning ordinances in 2022.
The Vertical Mixed Use Ordinance, Residential in Commercial Development program, and Compatibility Ordinance will need to be reenacted, while the Affordability Unlocked ordinance remains in effect. [ more ]
