The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has signed a lease for 40,000 square feet of shared and dedicated space at West End Collegiate Church's facility on the Upper West Side.
The lease was brokered by OPEN Impact Real Estate and will allow both the Mormon church and the West End Collegiate congregation to occupy the building in tandem. [ more ]
