Former LAPD officer who fatally shot disabled man in Corona Costco won't be retried
Prosecutors will not seek a second trial against former LAPD officer Salvador Sanchez, who shot and killed a mentally disabled man inside a Costco in Corona.
A mistrial was declared after a jury could not reach a unanimous verdict on the charges of voluntary manslaughter and assault with a firearm. [ more ]
