Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl has done a lot during his relatively brief time with the club, but if he had to pick one move above them all, it would be the signing of Michael Olise. However, in the grand scheme of his career, Eberl still thinks the moves he was involved with Lucien Favre and Marco Reus at Borussia Mönchengladbach were probably bigger.
