A youth football program in Liberty City has organized a balloon release in honor of a 13-year-old boy who was shot and killed.
The football program asked people to bring black and gold balloons to the event and urged them to leave any drama at home.
The police believe that the shooting may have occurred while children were playing with a firearm. [ more ]
