Amazon names the day ads come to Prime Video
Amazon Prime Video will start showing ads in streams for US-based subscribers starting January 29th, unless they pay more.
Amazon has spent heavily on creating original content for Prime Video, but it hasn't seen the same level of success as Netflix or HBO in terms of producing hit shows.
