Mystery as bodies of seven giant tortoises found hidden in woodlands
Police are appealing for information after seven exotic giant tortoises were found dead in a wooded area near Exeter.
The tortoises are thought to be Aldabra giant tortoises, a protected species native to Aldabra Island, northeast of Madagascar. [ more ]
