ABS Properties is seeking to increase the height of a proposed apartment tower in Hollywood by using an executive order from Mayor Karen Bass.
The revised plans call for a 35-story tower with 523 apartments, replacing a previous proposal for a 26-story senior affordable housing complex.
ABS Properties is also working on two other affordable housing developments in Hollywood. [ more ]
