Call to end hire and fire football manager' culture in schools
The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) is calling for an end to the hire and fire football manager culture in schools.
The IPPR recommends splitting Ofsted reports into a narrative version for parents and a technical improvement report for school leaders and regulators.
