A 94-year-old icon of design just made Floyd's newest chair
The Gere Easy Chair, designed by Gere Kavanaugh, is being mass-produced by Floyd for the first time after being produced as a one-of-one prototype in the 1970s.
The chair is made from plywood and Sonotube and features a curving, generous back that embraces the sitter and swivels.
Kavanaugh's design philosophy focuses on creating comfortable, timeless pieces with a touch of fantasy. [ more ]
