Only four London boroughs saw property prices rise in 2023
Only four boroughs in London saw an increase in property prices this year.
Ealing experienced the largest price hike at 7.5%, thanks to investment and improved transportation.
Westminster and the City of London also saw price increases, but data may be volatile due to limited housing stock. [ more ]
