In First-of-Its-Kind Lawsuit, New York Targets PepsiCo's Plastic Pollution
PepsiCo is facing a lawsuit from the New York Attorney General over plastic pollution in the Buffalo River watershed.
PepsiCo-branded plastic packaging was found to be the most significant contributor to plastic waste in the area.
