The upcoming album In the Eye of the Storm will be released July 17 via Sun Records/Virgin Records, serving as the official soundtrack to a 50th anniversary concert film.

(What's the Story) Morning Glory? went on to become the bestselling British album of the 90s, selling a phenomenal 350,000 copies in its first week of release in October 1995 and would go on to sell 22m, making it one of the top 50 of all time.

After seven solo albums, Tempest had begun thinking about working with others, and so the night before the recording session, he and Chatten repaired to Albarn's studio and wrote their verses together, responding to each other.
