The chic, renovated one-bedroom Potlatch Club cottage had been abandoned for nearly 40 years, now transformed into a private oceanfront estate with 11 accommodations.
Caribbean entrepreneurs Hans Febles and Bruce Loshusan spent almost eight years reviving the once-forgotten Potlatch Club, originally a hideaway for celebrities in the '60s and '70s.
