"When I first painted it in Inchyra Blue, I think I was afraid of allowing the rest of the elements, like the drapes ... to be dark. I was fighting it with linen curtains and lighter colours and it never felt quite right."

Rosaline painted her bedroom walls in Farrow & Ball's Inchyra Blue to create a cozy and ancient atmosphere. Initially hesitant about committing fully to the color scheme, she paired the walls with lighter linen curtains and lighter colors, but the room never felt cohesive. She eventually embraced the blue theme by adding dark blue curtains, a blue tapestry, and painting both the closet doors and radiator blue. Though some friends initially worried the room would become too dark, visitors have responded positively to the unified, intentional design.
